Lettuce (of your choice)-not too much maybe 1/2 cup - 1 cup

Sun dried tomatoes

Chick peas
Almond meal
Chicken schnitzel/BBQ chickenChop everything up to bit size pieces, layer in you bowl sprinkle the almond meal over not too much!!!
